Brew Social

Friday 2/14/2020 430-630 free sampling/introduction event

Details: Grab your significant other, and all your friends.  We will be introducing a brand new brewery to the market this week.  Blaze Brewing Company from Camden Maine.  The beer they are slinging is impressive!  We will be sampling some of these fine beers and discussing who they are and where they came from at our 1st brew social.  This is a free, come anytime event between 430-630.  Taste something you love, there will be growlers and crowlers of each for available on the draft wall (limited Quantities).  Can't make the social stop in Thursday for a fill, we will be tapping the kegs at open.  Grab something special for your someone special!  The beers we will be focusing on, discussing, sampling and selling will be:

Blinded By The Colors - 8.2% Double IPA with Citra, Mosaic, and El Dorado hops. At Blaze we try to be balanced and mindful with our hoppy beers to try and provide drinkability with a gentle and soft hop punch. We threw the rule book out of the window on this one and turned it into a full on juice bomb. Blinded By The Colors smells and tastes like orange juice, mango juice, and passionfruit juice.

Ripple - 7.3% Milk Stout conditioned upon an irresponsible amount of milk chocolate and coffee. Ripple was brewed with a vast array of specialty malts and lactose to create a viscous and chocolatey treat perfect for colder weather. Ripple smells and tastes like cocoa butter, nutella, and an iced mocha latte with extra whipped cream.

Shake - is our 5.7% pale ale dry-hopped with a gratuitous amount of Citra, Simcoe, Wakatu, and Cascade! Shake pours a beautiful hazy orange and yields an incredibly full and luscious mouthfeel with a supreme drinkability. Shake smells and tastes like pink grapefruit, lemon zest, and bright tangerine. The perfect beer for any occasion

Shoreside - (Raspberry and Cranberry) is our slightly tart wheat ale conditioned on a large amount of Raspberry and Cranberry puree. The beer pours a deep purple and tastes like raspberry pie filling and purple sweet tarts.
